OWENSBORO, KY. –Kentucky Wesleyan's Interim Director of Athletics, Mark Shook announced a change in leadership with the Cross Country and Track and Field programs on Wednesday. Wesleyan will open a national search later this week.
 
 
Kentucky Wesleyan sponsored track and field in 2014-15. In 2017 Wesleyan entered a partnership with Owensboro Public Schools in building a new outdoor track and field complex adjacent to campus. Wesleyan also served as host to the 2021 Great Midwest Athletic Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championship and is prime to host again in 2022.
