Media Policies
Interviews
All interviews with Kentucky Wesleyan College coaches, student-athletes and staff members must be arranged through the Athletic Communications Department. After games, matches, and other athletic events, locker rooms are generally off limits. Player and coach interviews, however, may be conducted outside locker rooms or on the playing surface after a minimal 10-minute cooling off period.

Practices
Practice policies vary per sport, but are generally open to the media. Prior knowledge of attendance is required.

Game Day Coverage
Any media member covering any contest hosted by Kentucky Wesleyan College is asked to inform the Athletic Communications Department of their attendance. For basketball and football, you must contact the Director of Athletic Communications for a press box or sideline pass. For other sports, press credentials are not provided, however, space at press row is very limited.

Radio
Any visiting radio broadcasts must reserve their seating at least one week in advance of the event.

Photographers/Videographers
Photographers/videographers are asked to stay at least 10 feet from the playing surface and shoot from standard shooting positions. Flash photography is prohibited. Basketball and football photographers/videographers must have a pass for sideline access.

Prohibited Access
Being within the confines of the designated player and coaching areas at all venues during game day is prohibited.  Off limits areas include all locker rooms, coaches boxes at Steele Stadium (football and soccer), dugouts and foul territory (softball and baseball), sideline benches (soccer), coaches' boxes and benches (basketball and volleyball).  Any and all playing surfaces at our facilities, including foul territory is off limits until completion of the game and the designated 10-minute cooling off period.
