OWENSBORO, KY. – The Kentucky Wesleyan women's track team served as host to the Great Midwest Track and Field Championship this week. The three-day competition concluded on Friday as the Panthers posted an eighth-place finish in the 12-team field. Wesleyan accumulated 28 points in the Championship as Findlay took top honors.
 
The Championship concluded with the Panthers reaching the podium with their best time in the 4X400 Meter Relay. Alesia Hardin, Jenna Burns, Karyn Williams, and Breanna Alderton posted a time of 4:01.84 to finish third. Alderton also finished fourth in the 1500 Meters and sixth in the 800 meters with her best times of the season. Hailey Miller recorded a mark of 5'6" in the high jump to finish fourth.
