Why I chose Wesleyan:

    I chose Kentucky Wesleyan because of the family atmosphere. I have never been a part of a team as close nit as each year that I have been a part of the Panther family. I grew up in Owensboro and always wanted to leave to go to college, but never realized how much I really loved this city and how comfortable I felt here until I left. I went to Murray State for my freshman year and it wasn’t the right fit for me, but being back home has made me appreciate Owensboro so much more. I am pursuing an Exercise Science major with an emphasis in Health and Fitness leadership. Kentucky Wesleyan has given me life-long friends and teammates that I can wholeheartedly say have my back in all of life’s peaks and valleys. KWC has allowed me to become my true self and has given me the opportunity to grow and learn each and every day. I couldn’t be more thankful for the opportunity to be here the last 4 years.
