OWENSBORO, Ky. – The Kentucky Wesleyan football program and head coach Tyrone Young have announced two new staff additions.
Brandon Ebelhar will be the Panthers new offensive line coach and Eamon Morrissey will be the Panthers new defensive line coach and recruiting coordinator.
Ebelhar, a graduate of Illinois College in Jacksonville, Illinois, comes from Oklahoma Panhandle State University, where he served as the offensive line coach and the co-run game coordinator for two seasons. Before OPSU, Ebelhar spent time as an offensive and special teams analyst at his alma mater.
Morrissey, a graduate of Gettysburg College in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, comes from the University of Central Oklahoma, where he served as a graduate assistant for the football program. Before that, Morrissey spent time on staff at Limestone University, Lycoming College, and his alma mater.
"I'm super excited to add Brandon and Eamon to our Kentucky Wesleyan Football Family! Both guys bring renewed energy and passion to coaching! Both will represent KWC extremely well on and off the field, with the results being able to speak for themselves in classroom and on the field," head coach Tyrone Young said. "Throughout the hiring process, these two stood out with how they carried themselves and their passion for developing young men! IT'S A GREAT DAY TO BE A PANTHER!"
The Kentucky Wesleyan football team will begin the 2026 campaign on the road against Young's alma mater, Kentucky Christian, on Thursday, August 27th, at 5:00 PM.
