St. Joseph, Mo. – The Kentucky Wesleyan men's golf team finished in 9th place among the 17-team field at the Midwest Regional Preview hosted by St. Joseph Country Club from September 30 – October 1.
Wesleyan completed play with a final score of 898 (304-291-303).
The Panthers were once again led by Jonah Graham, who fired a score of 217 (72-71-74) to come in right outside the top 10 at T-11th in the 96-player field.
Evan Beery finished T-30th with another Panther, Braydon Bond. The former shot a 223 (76-76-71) and rose 26 spots during his final round while the latter posted his own 223 (75-69-79) and was one of just 10 players with a second-round score in the 60s.
Jeremiah Foster turned in a score of 236 (82-75-79) to come in T-82nd and Harrison Sallee posted a 251 (81-80-90) to finish 96th.
Ferris State won the event with a score of 857 while host Missouri St. Louis and Missouri S&T rounded out the top three. S&T's Isaac To came in first individually with a final tally of 209.
The Panthers are back on the course next week at Mohawk County Club in Tiffin, Ohio, for the Kyle Ryman Memorial event hosted by Tiffin University from October 7-8.
