OWENSBORO, Ky. – Senior
Haylie Panter scored twice to help Kentucky Wesleyan women's soccer (0-6-3, 0-2-3) earn a come-from-behind draw at home against Ohio Dominican (1-5-2, 0-3-2) 2-2 on senior day Saturday morning. The Panthers celebrated seven seniors:

Imarie Carter,
Skylar Gray,
Chloe Honeycutt,
Haley Osborne, Panter and
Mariah Winge before the match.
The Panthers struck first in the 24th minute when Panter finished a chance off a corner on the edge of the box assisted by
Marley Collins and
Haley Osborne, giving Kentucky Wesleyan a 1-0 lead.
Ohio Dominican answered less than four minutes later, with Emma French scoring off an assist from Ali Mathis to send the match into halftime tied at 1-1.
The Panthers continued to create chances after the break, but Ohio Dominican goalkeeper Ashley Fancher made several saves to keep the match level. French struck again in the 73rd minute, putting the Panthers behind 2-1.
Kentucky Wesleyan responded quickly. Just over five minutes later, Panter found the back of the net for the second time, finishing a pass from Carter to even the match at 2-2.
The Panthers continued to pressure the Ohio Dominican defense in the closing minutes, but neither team could find the deciding goal.
Kentucky Wesleyan finished with a 14-8 advantage in shots and put seven attempts on goal.
Caleigh Meeks made one save in the first half before
Abby Payne recorded one save after halftime.
