Cleveland, Ohio - Kentucky Wesleyan's Roy Pickerill will receive the prestigious NCAA Division II Conference Commissioners Meritorious Service Award at the NCAA Division II Men's Basketball Championship on Tuesday, March 25, in Evansville, Ind.

The Meritorious Service Award is the highest honor presented by the D2 CCA and is reserved for individuals who have made exceptional contributions to the entire NCAA Division II membership and the Division II student-athlete experience.

"To become the first SID recognized by the Division II Commissioners is one of the most tremendous honors of my career," said Pickerill.
