Owensboro, Ky. – The Kentucky Wesleyan women's soccer team was downed by Cedarville Thursday morning at Steele Stadium.
The Panthers fell to 1-13-2 overall and 1-10-1 in the G-MAC. Cedarville tallied scores in the 9th (own goal), 48th, 53rd, 56th, and 66th minutes, improving to 10-2-4 overall and 8-1-3 in the G-MAC.
Wesleyan logged three shots, including one shot on goal by Steeley Walker. The other two shots were recorded by Mariah Winge, which hit off the top crossbar, and Haylie Panter.
The Panthers host their final home match of the season this Saturday, November 1, against Ohio Dominican. Kickoff is set for 1:30 PM at Panther Field.
