OWENSBORO, KY - The Kentucky Wesleyan women's soccer team continued to fight on Saturday afternoon, but ultimately fell 3-1 to the Tiffin Dragons.
Tiffin improves to 1-1-3 (1-0-1 G-MAC) while Wesleyan 0-4 (0-2).
The opening 15 minutes was a flurry, as Tiffin scored goals in the third and ninth minutes to quickly go up 2-0. Wesleyan got one back in the 13th minute as

Haley Osborne for her first collegiate goal, making it a 2-1 game. Wesleyan continued to press, putting up six more shots in the half, but none would find the back of the net.
The second half saw the Panthers only get off one shot, and Tiffin scored in the 82nd minute to seal the win.

Mariah Winge each put up two shots for the Panthers.
Kassidy Elkin and
Elizabeth Burns both made three saves in goal.
The Panthers will head home next week as they host the Northwood Timberwolves on Thursday, September 21st. Kickoff is set for 5 p.m. CT.
