INDIANAPOLIS, IN - The Kentucky Wesleyan Athletic Training Staff was voted the best in the G-MAC by their peers for their efforts during the 2021-22 season. 

The Athletic Training Staff consisted of Alex Vogel, Jared Wheatley, Martin Daniels, and many valuable interns last year. 

Vogel, KWC's Director of Sports Medicine, stated that "It is a great honor to be recognized for all the hard work my staff and I put in this year. I can't speak enough to my staff's ability to adapt to the challenges we faced to provide the best care we could to our student athletes."

The Panther Athletic Training staff covers all 21 varsity sports for Wesleyan, and was vital in helping run the 2022 G-MAC Tennis and Track & Field Championships that were held in Owensboro. All Athletic Training staff members are employed by Owensboro Health Medical Group Orthopedics and that partnership is vital to keeping the Kentucky Wesleyan athletes on the field as much as possible.
