RICHMOND, KY - The Kentucky Wesleyan Bowling programs showed out this weekend, with the women taking first and the men taking second at the Bulldog Bash.
The women dominated, taking home first place by nearly 300 pins. Bowling extremely well was
Daylin Tolgo, who took first overall with 788 total pins, good for an average of 197. Her total pin count was two points higher than the top male finisher. Her opening game of 215 was a high for Wesleyan in the tournament. Sam Bugno came in second overall with 740 total pins, good for a 185 average, including a high game of 207.
Alysa Conley also made all-tournament team with a 714 pin performance, good for an average of 178.5 and fifth place.
Corynne Bean cracked the top-15 with a 165.33 average, putting her in 13th place.
Miranda Cain bowled two games for an average of 178, including a 202 in her final game, and
Emma Workman bowled a 154 in her lone game.
After ending day one in fourth place, the men's team came back with an average of 229 in their last set of baker's to take second overall.
Kelton Boyland was the top individual for the men , coming through with 709 pins for an average of 177.3.
Evan Decker bowled a 672 with an average of 168 to take 15th.
Austin Vickers took 31st with a pin total of 528, and
Dalton Karstens took 32nd with a 499.
Seth Koloski tallied a game high 202 for a total of 469.
Trevor Bright bowled a 161,
Cole Hoehler bowled a 149. and
Tre Ravens bowled a 129 in their lone games.
