FINDLAY, OH - It wasn't the Panther's day at Findlay, as women's soccer fell 4-0 to the Oilers.
With the win Findlay moves to 8-4-2 (7-3-1 G-MAC), while Wesleyan fell to 3-11 (2-9 G-MAC).
Findlay used a strong first half to pull away from the Panthers, scoring in the 11th, 16th, and 23rd minutes to go up 3-0 at the break. The Wesleyan defense stood strong for most of the second half, but a UF goal in the 87th minute gave the game it's final score.Â
Elizabeth Burns made four saves in the loss.Â
Wesleyan will be back in action next Thursday when they play host to Cedarville. Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m. CT.
