FAIRVIEW HEIGHTS, IL - Both bowling teams impressed at the Tier 1 National Team Match Games in Fairview Heights, Ill. this weekend, with the men placing 13th out of 16 and the women taking 10th in their 13 team field. The Men tallied an overall score of 9,159 while the women fell just four pins shy of tying for ninth with a final total of 8,909.
For the men,
Seth Koloski had the Panther's best finish of the tournament, coming in 15th with a six-game average of 207.5, with a very impressive round of 251 in his second game.
Kelton Boyland came in with an six-game average of 183.5 and his high score was a team-best 268 in his third game.
Josiah Benner-Eslit had a five-game average of 186.6,
Dalton Karstens notched a five-game average of 167.8,
Austin Vickers tallied a four-game average of 158.5,
Trent Stacy had a two-game average of 180.5, and
Tre Ravens bowled a two-game average of 148.
For the women,
Alyssa Zombirt led the the way, placing 21st with a six-game average of 190.5, including a 223 in her fourth game.
Samantha Bugno wasn't far behind her, coming in 31st with a six-game average of 182.33.
Lauren Meagher notched a six-game average of 170.67,
Daylin Tolgo had a four-game average of 166.75,
Corynne Bean tallied a four-game average of 149.25,
Emma Workman had a three-game average of 162, and
Katelyn Payne tallied a 145 in her lone game.
The Men will travel to Addison, Illinois this weekend for the Warhawk Open.
