Madisyn Hunt produced a hat-trick on Saturday afternoon at Panther Field as the Kentucky Wesleyan College women's soccer team finished the weekend unbeaten. The Panthers defeated Ursuline 3-2 with a late goal by Hunt.

The Panthers (3-6-1, 3-5-1 G_MAC) started the scoring in the ninth minute of the match as
Breigh Haase brought the defense to her as Hunt slipped through for a one-on-one attempt with the keeper. Hunt's fake to right and run left gave her an open look for the first score.

The lead did not last long as the Arrows (6-6-1, 4-4-1 G_MAC) tied the match a minute later as Taylor Dackin's header got through the right side of the net. Ursuline had 14 shots in the first half, but after 45 minutes the contest remained tied at 1-1.

Sidney Pruitt found Hunt in the 57
th minute to break the tie as Hunt found the far left corner of the net from the right side of the box. The Arrows kept the pressure on and while on a break-away a hand-ball by the Panthers in the box allowed for a penalty kick. Haley Knox converted the PK to equalize the match.

With seven minutes left in the match Haase tapped a pass in traffic to Haycraft. The keeper pulled towards Haycraft while Hunt found the weak side for an empty net score, the game winner. Hunt took eight shots, six being on goal.
Taylor Rentchler made six saves to record the win.

The Panthers will continue their home stand on Thursday against Alderson Broaddus. The match is scheduled to start at 8 PM CT.
