Mark Rowe

Mark Rowe joined the Kentucky Wesleyan College Department of Athletics in March of 2019 as the Co-Head Coach of the men’s and women’s cross country and track and field teams.

This will mark Rowe’s first coaching stint at the collegiate level in nearly a decade.  Rowe spent the 2005-06 season as a Graduate Assistant and then was the Head Coach until 2008 at Campbellsville University.

Prior to Wesleyan, Rowe spent one season as the Assistant Boys Cross Country and Track Coach at Apollo High School in Owensboro.  With the Eagles, Rowe earned a Regional Cross Country Championship title during the 2017 season.

Rowe was the Head Boys Track and Field Coach and Assistant Boys Cross Country Coach for three seasons at Daviess County High School.  While with the Panthers, Rowe brought home back-to-back Regional Cross Country Championships in 2014 and 2015 as well as a Regional Track Championship in 2017.

Rowe also spent four seasons at Owensboro High School and two seasons at Green County High School.  At Green County, Rowe brought home back-to-back Regional Cross Country Championships with the girls team in 2008 and 2009. The 2009 team went to become Regional Track Champions while the boys were Mason-Dixon Games Kentucky Indoor State Champions.

A two-time graduate of Campbellsville, Rowe obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education and a Master's Degree in Teacher Leadership.
