High School: First team all-state by the Associated Press and Indiana Football Coaches Association…four-year letterwinner and three-year starter on the offensive and defensive lines…recorded 200 total tackles including 48 sacks…had six pass breakups, one interception and one blocked field goal…helped the Panthers to a 15-0 record and the 2009 state championship…also won 2007 state title…twice received All-Evansville, All-Metro, All-Southern Indiana Athletic Conference, all-district and all-region honors…chosen team’s Most Valuable Player…named one of Indiana’s Top 50 prep players for all classes by the IFCA…also earned second team and honorable mention all-state recognition in his prep career…accumulated 206 total career tackles with 125 solos...coached by Tony Lewis…threw the shot put for the track team for three seasons…member of National Honor Society.
