The Panthers faced a steep challenge, concluding the dual meet with a score of Kentucky Wesleyan – 4, Tiffin – 54.

Despite the overall team score, Matthew Velasco of the Panthers stood out with a commendable performance on the mat at 141 pounds. Velasco secured a major decision victory over Tiffin's Christopher Oleksiak by a score of 13-3, being the lone scorer for the Panthers in this event. His opening period prowess originated a 6-1 lead, enhanced to 9-2 in the subsequent period, before sealing the win.
