OWENSBORO, Ky. – The Kentucky Wesleyan women's basketball team (2-2, 0-2 G-MAC) was defeated 69-32 by the University of Missouri - St. Louis Friday evening inside Jones Gym.

Carson Sisk began the game with a three-pointer, but the Tritons won the rest of the quarter 11-4 to head to the second with an 11-7 advantage.

Wesleyan started the next frame on a 6-0 run, highlighted by an and-one from Riley Neal, but that was about as good as things would get for the Panthers.

USML led 27-16 at halftime and stretched that lead to 51-25 by the end of the third period. The fourth was a formality, but Alexis Shehan did manage to get back-to-back buckets to cap off the Wesleyan effort.

 The Panthers will look to put this one behind them before battling Midway on Wednesday, November 26, at 12:00 PM inside the Owensboro Sportscenter.
