Wesleyan Men's Basketball Releases 2024-25 Schedule

The Panthers look to defend their G-MAC regular season championship

Owensboro, Ky. – Head coach Drew Cooper and the Kentucky Wesleyan men's basketball team have released the 2024-25 season schedule.

Wesleyan opens the season with an exhibition at Kentucky on October 23 in Rupp Arena, coming off a huge exhibition win over Louisville last season.

The Panthers then travel for two road games as part of the GLIAC/GLVC/G-MAC Crossover, first battling Indianapolis on November 8 then taking on Lincoln on November 10.

Wesleyan's home opener falls on November 14 against Simmons at the Owensboro Sportscenter before the Panthers head back on the road for a game at Delta State on November 16. The team then has two more home non-conference games in Owensboro to finish out the month.

The Panthers begin conference play vs. Lake Erie on December 3, then begin a three-game road trip that includes two more G-MAC matchups vs. Ashland on December 14 and Malone on December 16.

Wesleyan closes December with a home tilt against East-West on December 19 before traveling to Western Kentucky for another exhibition on December 21.

In January, the Panthers jump fully into conference play. Wesleyan opens the month with battles at home vs. Cedarville on January 2 and Walsh on January 4, then head on the road for four consecutive games during the middle of the month. The Panthers come back home for three straight to finish January:  Northwood on January 23, Malone on January 25, and Thomas More on January 29.

Wesleyan closes out the regular season with seven games in February and their regular season finale in March. Home matches include Tiffin on February 6, Hillsdale on February 8, Ashland on February 20, and Ohio Dominican on February 22 before traveling to Thomas More for the finale on March 1.

The G-MAC Conference Tournament will be held from March 4-8, with the top four seeds hosting quarterfinal games and the highest remaining seeds hosting semifinal and final matchups.

The NCAA Division II Men's Basketball Tournament will begin on March 15, leading up to the Elite Eight on March 25, Final Four on March 27, and the Division II Championship on March 29 inside the Ford Center in Evansville, Indiana.

Ticket information for all games will be released at a later date.
