Midland, Mich. – The Kentucky Wesleyan volleyball team fell 15-25, 13-25, 18-25 to .369-hitting Northwood on Saturday afternoon at Riepma Arena.
The Panthers fall to 0-13 overall and 0-5 in the G-MAC while the Timberwolves improve to 12-3 overall and 4-1 in the G-MAC.
Wesleyan also increases their all-time series deficit with the loss, now trailing 4-1.
Hadley Wolfe led the way once again for Wesleyan offensively, notching a team-high eight kills. Julia Kupper also had a strong performance with 13 assists and two aces.
On the defensive side of the ball, both Embry Burgess and Ana De Sevilla-Acosta had nine digs. Tessa Jo-Allen and Gracie Newton each recorded a block in the effort.
Northwood was led by Sydney Hasenfratz's 11 kills and four blocks. Additionally, Renee Brines had an impressive 23 assists.
The Panthers' long road trip continues Friday, October 11 in a battle vs. Ohio Dominican. First serve is set for 5 PM in Columbus, Ohio.
