Columbus, Ohio – The Kentucky Wesleyan volleyball team was defeated by the score of 15-25, 10-25, 18-25 against Ohio Dominican on Friday night inside Alumni Hall.
Wesleyan falls to 0-14 overall and 0-6 in the G-MAC, while Ohio Dominican improves to 6-8 overall and 2-4 in the G-MAC.
Ohio Dominican now leads the all-time series 10-6, having won the last two matchups.
Julia Kupper and Kamryn Parlin led the team with five kills each, and Parlin added an ace to her ledger. Ana De Sevilla-Acosta tallied 10 assists with Kupper recording seven of her own.
Defensively, Havanah John, Hadley Wolfe, and Parlin had a block each. The latter also had a team-leading seven digs, doing it all for the Panthers, while Stella Kleffman and Sevilla-Acosta both had six digs.
Wesleyan continues their lengthy road trip tomorrow, Saturday, October 12 with a battle vs. the Cedarville Yellow Jackets. First serve is set for 1 PM in Cedarville, Ohio.
