PEPPER PIKE, OH - The Kentucky Wesleyan Softball team fell in two close games at Ursuline on Thursday, falling 6-5 and 5-4 to their foes from up north.
Ursuline improves to 2-35 (2-20 G-MAC) while Wesleyan falls to 9-42 (0-22 G-MAC).
The Panthers held leads in both games, but late rallies by Ursuline and errors by the Panthers led to the Arrows' victory.
Despite the losses,
Megan Matheis still shined, going 4-for-7 with 2 RBI's and a run scored in the two games.

Allie Dunn,
Guinny Garr, and
Grace Colvin each had multiple hits over the course of the two games.
The Panthers will close out their season on Saturday when they travel to Painesville, Ohio, to take on the Lake Erie Storm. First pitch is set for 12 p.m. CT.
