• Posted a .259 batting average with 46 total bases
• 21-24 on stolen bases

Shelbi is the daughter of Jeremy Flynn and Christina Patterson. She is also the step daughter to Hector Garibay and Amanda Flynn. Shelbi has four siblings Jeremiah and Jaxson Garibay, and Payton and Easton Flynn. 
High School Athletic Accomplishments: 2018 Most Stolen Bases, 2019- Most Stolen Bases and 2019 High Achieving Student Athlete Award. 
High School Academic Accomplishments: Top 5 of Senior Class, High Academic Honor Student, National Honor Society, Passed CNA Boards in 2020, Illinois State Scholar.
College Accomplishments: While at Frontier Community College President/CEO's List 3.9-4.0 GPA. Fall and Spring Semester Graduated with a 4.00 and Obtained an Associates in Science and Arts. Shelbi is also a member of Phi Theta Kappa.
Human Interest Story: Shelbi has been working as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for almost three years and she is proud of having the opportunity to take care of young people like herself and others and say it is the most fulfilling experience that she is proud of.
