COLUMBUS, OH - Ohio Dominican avenged an early season reverse sweep in Owensboro, this time taking down Kentucky Wesleyan 3-0 (25-16, 25-20, 25-21) at their home arena.
ODU improves to 12-13 (8-8 G-MAC), while Wesleyan falls to 6-22 (4-13 G-MAC).
Ohio Dominican used late runs in each set to put away Wesleyan.
Nicole Hughes,
Hallie McGuire, and
Claire Lange all had eight kills for Wesleyan.
Julia Kupper's 16 assists and McGuire's 11 digs were team leaders, while
Mariah Jones (5),
Havanah John (4) and
Ava Rebarchik (4) were all solid at the net.
The Panthers conclude their three game weekend tomorrow at fellow bluegrass school Thomas More. First serve is scheduled for 11 a.m. CT.
