OWENSBORO, KY - After a successful season that saw them make the semi-finals of the G-MAC Tournament, the Kentucky Wesleyan Baseball Team was recognized by the ABCA for their performance in the classroom. The Panthers were honored as a recipient of the 2021-22 ABCA Team Academic Excellence Award. 

To qualify for this honor the team must have a cumulative GPA of 3.00 on a 4.0 scale during the 2021-22 season. KWC finished the year with a GPA of 3.068, which made them one of just five G-MAC teams to make this list.
