ST. LOUIS, Mo. – The Kentucky Wesleyan College men's track team competed at the Washington University Distance Carnival on Friday night in St. Louis, Mo.  Hunter Kurz and Chase Bland both posted school records in the 5,000-meter run.

Kurz posted a time of 15:51.37 to trim four seconds off the previous top mark.  In the next heat, Chase Bland crossed in 15:48.75 to become the new school record holder.

Austin Cavender finished in 16:32.97 with Collin Zollman right behind at 16:37.46.  Aaron Lee posted a mark of 17:27.04 while James Loi crossed at 17:54.37.

The Panthers return to action at the Kentucky Wesleyan Invitational on Friday, April 5th.
