OWENSBORO, Ky. – The Kentucky Wesleyan College men's basketball team powered past Bluefield State College on Thursday, posting a 93-74 victory.  Daniel Dzierzawski dropped a career high 24 points in the non-conference victory.

The win marks the fourth straight victory for the Panthers and their sixth win in their last seven games to move to 7-5 on the season.

The Panthers shot 45.7 from the floor in the first half, taking a 16-point lead to the break.  Kentucky Wesleyan maintained a four point lead throughout the first frame and took their first double digit lead at the 5:21 mark on a jumper in the paint from Malek Harris.  The Panthers closed out the final five minutes with 17 points.  Dzierzawski tabbed four three pointers in the first half alone, tabbing 18 points in the first 20 minutes.
