Women's soccer rolls past Ohio Valley

The Kentucky Wesleyan women's soccer team took care of business this afternoon with a 3-0 Great Midwest Athletic Conference victory over host Ohio Valley in Vienna, WVa.

The Panthers scored all three goals in the first half.

Kaitlyn Duke struck first for Kentucky Wesleyan with an unassisted goal at the 13:15 mark.

Later on, Elizabeth Gordon scored off a corner kick at the 24:30 minute mark, and Madison Haycraft would add an unassisted goal two minutes later.

The Panthers produced 10 shots and held the Fighting Scots to just two. KWC goalies Kathryn Dishion and Courtney Barter each had one save.

Kentucky Wesleyan (6-3, 5-3 G-MAC) plays on Saturday at noon CT against Salem International.
