Box Score Kentucky Wesleyan defeated visitor and Great Midwest Athletic Conference foe Ursuline 2-1 on Saturday afternoon at Panther Field. The Panthers fell behind early, but scored two goals in the second half.
Katlyn Duke scored the first goal off of a penalty kick in the 66th minute. In the 80th minute,
Breigh Haase scored off of an assist from Duke.
The Panthers improve to 9-3 (8-3 G-MAC). Kentucky Wesleyan has yet to lose a match at home. They also clinched a berth for the G-MAC tournament.
The next match has been designated as senior night on Thursday against Alderson Broaddus at Steele Stadium. Game starts at 7:30 p.m.
