Box Score Seeking their second playoff win in school history, Kentucky Wesleyan women's soccer took the field today in the Great Midwest Athletic Conference semifinals against Ursuline College.
KWC allowed two goals in the first half, and could not capitalize on any of their opportunities, falling to Ursuline, 2-0. The loss ends the historic season for the Panthers with a record of 10-7-1.
10 minutes into the game, the Arrows broke into the box and scored to put themselves up 1-0. The second goal came on a rainbow arching shot.
Kathryn Dishion finished with four saves.  The Panthers were outshot 15-8, but made the most of their eight shots with five coming on goal.
