Box Score Making their first conference tournament appearance since they were in the Great Lakes Valley Conference in 1994, Kentucky Wesleyan men's soccer played their first playoff game tonight against Alderson Broaddus.
Grant Allen had 10 saves for KWC, but it wasn't enough as the Panthers allowed a goal in the 68th minute to see their season end by a score of 1-0. KWC's finishes the season with a record of 7-8-3.
The Panthers had previously beaten Alderson Broaddus in a Great Midwest Athletic Conference match in Owensboro, but the tables were flipped in the quarterfinals of the G-MAC tournament.
KWC was only able to muster eight shots total with five on goal and will now prepare for next year.
