Box Score
Losing their first three Great Midwest Athletic Conference games by a combined total of three goals, Kentucky Wesleyan men's soccer notched their first G-MAC win of the season today.

KWC defeated Alderson-Broaddus on a Kurtis Roberts goal in the 28th minute, 1-0.  It was the second goal of the season for Roberts and it came off a save by AB's keeper after a header by Gary McMeekin.

"We had plenty of opportunities," said goalkeeper Grant Allen after the game.  "We had some times when I had to make some saves, but all together we played good."

The Panthers were outshot 13-11 in a match that saw seven yellow cards and one red card that put AB down a man in the 64th minute.

KWC returns to the pitch on Thursday when they travel to Salem, West Va. to take on G-MAC foe Salem International.
