Both Kentucky Wesleyan's cross country teams finished ninth at the Southern Indiana Regional Preview on Saturday at Angel Mounds State Park in Evansville.
 
Rachel Keeley led the women with a 24:35.5 over the 6k course. Alex Velez followed with a 26:34.3; Anita Black posted a 27:57.5; Casey Price recorded a 28:51.8; and Alexa Leon had a 29:40.8.
 
Seth Applegate topped the men with a 27:56.2 over the 8k course. Michael Polio produced a 28:36.5; Seth Burnette collected a 29:18.6; Bryant Qualls ran a 30:13.1; McKay Cooper registered a 31:10.5; Lucas Butler notched a 31:56.4; and Braedon Cannon had a 32:25.9.
 
The Panthers host the Great Midwest Athletic Conference Championship at Yellow Creek Park on Nov. 8, at 10:30 a.m.
