2015: Competed in all six meets...recorded a 23:50.60 at the Memphis Twilight Classic (4 mile)...produced a 28:08.01 a career-best 8K at the Fast Cats Classic...posted a 28:47 at the Great Midwest Athletic Conference Championship meet...also notched a 10K best time of 37:48.25 at the NCAA Midwest Regional Championship.
2014: Participated in seven meets…recorded a 6K best time—21:14 at Southern Indiana’s Stegemoller Classic on Sept. 5…produced a 8K best time—28:37 at the Maryville Open on Sept. 27…posted a 10K best time—37:56 at the NCAA Midwest Region Championship at Evansville’s Angel Mounds State Park on Nov. 22…ran a 29:37 at KWC’s 8K Fast Cats Classic on Oct. 11…registered a 28:52 at the Great Midwest Athletic Conference Championship at Owensboro’s Yellow Creek Park on Nov. 8.
2013: Competed in six meets...posted a 6K best time—21:22.7 at Southern Indiana's Stegemoller Classic...produced an 8K best time—30:12.79 at Greater Louisville Classic.
Mercer County High School: Four-year letterwinner for the Titans…coached by Bill Smith…holds the school’s 5K record with a 16:57…finished fourth in the 5K 2012 conference championship with a 17:37…recorded a state 5K meet best 18:40 as a sophomore in 2010…earned 2012 Top Male Region Five Runner Award. Other sports – Ran track…member 2A State Championship 4x800 relay.
