Box Score Three goals in the first half were enough for Kentucky Wesleyan men's soccer to defeat Ohio Valley, 6-2.
Christakis Agisilaou scored his second hat trick of the year, with
Luke Robertson scoring twice and
Travis Foreman adding a late goal to bring the score to its final margin of 6-2.
Robertson got the scoring started with his first goal of the game, on an assist from
Blake Cobb, to make the score 1-0.
Ohio Valley tied the game on a penalty kick in the 12th minute. Robertson would add his second goal of the game to put KWC in the lead for good and make the score 2-1.
A minute and a half later, the Panthers would extend the lead to 3-1 on Agisilaou's first goal of the game, and that would be the score at half time.
Agisilaou would add his second goal in the 47th minute to make the score 4-1 and made it a hat trick on a penalty kick to bring the score to 5-1.
Ohio Valley added a second goal in the 69th minute to make the score 5-2 before Foreman added a goal in the 88th minute on an assist from
Austin Byrum to make it 6-2.
KWC returns to the pitch on Wednesday at Steele Stadium against Maine at Fort Kent at 6 p.m.
