Playing in their final regular season game the Kentucky Wesleyan women's soccer team fell to Cedarville 1-0 on Saturday afternoon. The Panthers end the regular season with a 10-7 record and finish at 4-6 in the G-MAC.
The Panthers and the Yellow Jackets were tied after the first 45 minutes of action.
Cedarville outshot KWC 5-3, but the Panthers had a 2-1 advantage in corner kicks.
Elizabeth Cox found the back of the net in the 67th minute of play from the top of the 18 for Cedarville to put the Yellow Jackets up 1-0.
The Panthers were unable to respond during the final 23 minutes of action.
Cedarville outshot KWC 11-6, while the Panthers had the 7-2 edge in corner kicks.

Kathryn Dishion collected four saves for KWC.
Next up for the Panthers is the G-MAC Tournament. KWC, the six seed, plays the three seed, Alderson Broaddus, on Saturday, Nov. 2 in Philippi, W.Va. Game time has not been set.
