Randy Villa both hit RBI singles in the third for a 2-0 lead. The Screaming Eagles came back for four in the fourth and three in the seventh.
Luis Mila scored on a wild pitch for KWC's final run in the ninth.
Josh Vance went 3-for-5 at the plate with a double. Mila was 3-for-4 including a double and a triple.
Mark Hagedorn also added a double.
Drew Watts struckout four, gave up five hits and allowed four runs in 3.2 innings pitched in the loss.
Chaz Simpson threw 3.1 innings with three strikeouts and
Wes Ward pitched one inning in closing.
