Julia Klump scored three goals in Kentucky Wesleyan's 8-0 season final shutout win over crosstown rival Brescia at Steele Stadium on Sunday night.
Klump scored the first two goals at the eight-minute mark on an assist from
Leslie Chinn and nine minutes later on a pass from
Paige Kramer.
Leslie Chinn scored KWC's third goal at the 39-minute point from
Audrey Taylor for the 3-0 halftime lead.
Taylor open the Panthers scoring in the second at the 72nd minute from an assist by Chinn. Kramer and
Katlyn Duke followed with back-to-back penalty kick goals.
Duke scored again on a pass from Chinn at the 87th minute. Klump closed the game with her third goal with two minutes left.
KWC (2-15-1) had 48 shots to the Bearcats two. Katlyn Dishion and
Courtney Barter combined for the save in the Panthers final game.
