Amanda Harnist's 15 points paced a balanced scoring attack that propelled the Kentucky Wesleyan College women's basketball team to a 77-74 win over Maryville on Sunday at Moloney Arena in St. Louis.

The Panthers (13-8, 7-7 Great Lakes Valley Conference) had 11 players crack the scoring column.

KWC rallied from a 37-35 halftime deficit.

The Panthers won the boards 35-32, led by Harnist's seven rebounds.

KWC shot 50 percent (30-of-60) from the field, but just 25 percent (6-of-24) from 3-point range. The Panthers hit 11-of-15 free throws (73 percent).

Katie Behrens had 10 points for the Panthers, while Lauren Goffinet, Shelbi Tyra and Kristen Rowe each chipped in nine.

Maryville (9-13, 4-10) made 25-of-56 shots (45 percent) from the field, including 5-of-19 3-point attempts (26 percent). It made 19-of-25 free throws (76 percent).

Maryville was led by Angela Pepowski's 21 points. JoAnn Thompson had 11 points and 11 rebounds.
