KWC fell to host Bellarmine 1-0 in the Great Lakes Valley Conference season opener on Sunday. 

Heidi Clayton and Kristen Utley each recorded a shot as Bellarmine's Amy Kunowski shutout the Panthers.

Amanda Moore scored at the 41:19 mark on an assist from Brianna Simmons for Bellarmine. The Knights had four shots-on-goal.
