The Kentucky Wesleyan College men's cross country team finished fifth at the Evansville Invitational at the University of Evansville Cross Country Course on Saturday.

Aaron Poore led the Panthers, finishing the 8K course in 28:003.40.

He was followed by teammates Rob Gleason was 13th (28:11.79), Brent Mesplay 23rd (30:22.53), Daniel Speer 24th (30:28.99), John Kirkpatrick 25th (30:30.25), Jordan Payne 28th (30:48.46), John Walker 29th (30:55.75) and Will Hicks (32:40.82).
