Kentucky Wesleyan broke a 36-hole program record on the way to a 10th-place finish in the 14-team Triton Bear Invitational Tuesday at rainy Gateway Memorial Golf Club in Madison, Ill.
The Panthers finished the two-day event at 690 (339-351), bettering the previous team mark of 694.
Scoring for Brent Matherw's KWC team were Courtney Wallace (83-83--166), Erica Swisher (81-87--168), Rachel Ross (85-91--176) and Lauren Jill Tatum (90-94--184).
Southern Indiana won the title with a 609.
