Ryan Sierocki serves as the Assistant Athletic Director for Internal Operations and Athletic Marketing at Kentucky Wesleyan College. His official start date was February 1st, 2026.

Jason Vittone said. "We are pleased that he chose to join our department and I look forward to working with him on his ideas to strengthen our student-athlete and fan experience."
Sierocki, a native of Frankfort, Illinois, graduated from Ball State University in 2024 with a degree in journalism and telecommunications. Last December, he earned his Master of Education in Athletic Administration from William Woods University while working as a graduate assistant in athletic administration and event management.
Last summer, Sierocki was a Special Events volunteer intern at the Cincinnati Open in August. In the summer of 2023, he worked with the Joliet Slammers, a Frontier League team in Joliet, Illinois, as a Promotions/Community Relations intern.
"I want to thank the Kentucky Wesleyan Athletic Department for welcoming me to Owensboro," Sierocki said. "I am excited to get to work with the rest of the staff and make KWC my home!"
In his role, Sierocki is responsible for enhancing internal operations and supporting marketing efforts as the department continues its commitment to providing a first-class experience for Kentucky Wesleyan student athletes, staff, and fans.
