Kathryn Bzdafka serves as the Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance, Student Services, and Sport Administration at Kentucky Wesleyan College. Her official start date was February 1st, 2026.

Jason Vittone said. "She brings with her a strong compliance background as well as a familiarity with the G-MAC. I couldn't be more pleased to have her joining our department."
Bzdafka is a native of Avon Lake, Ohio, and earned her Bachelor of Science in Integrated Language Arts from Malone University, a fellow Great Midwest member. She went on to earn her Master of Science in Educational Technology at Notre Dame College.
While obtaining her master's degree, Bzdafka coached softball at NDC as a graduate assistant before becoming the head softball coach at Malone, where she got her start in compliance. On top of being the leader of the Pioneers' softball program, she was the Assistant Compliance Director, Senior Woman Administrator, and Co-SAAC Advisor. All 12 years of her professional collegiate experience have been at the Division II level.

In her role, Bzdafka oversees NCAA, G-MAC, and institutional compliance while helping advance Kentucky Wesleyan's commitment to integrity and student-athlete success.
