Carry Brown begins her third season as assistant volleyball coach at Kentucky Wesleyan College in 2016-17.
She came to Kentucky Wesleyan after two seasons as an assistant coach at Brescia University and three years as head coach at Warren Central High School in Bowling Green, Ky.
Currently in her second season, Brown serves as the head coach with the Audubon Volleyball Association of Owensboro. She also recently was named Assistant Director for the AVA.
Her AVA team this past season finished 34th out of 164 at the AAU Nationals in Orlando
Her other coaching stop included four years with the Barren River Area Volleyball Organization (Bravo) in Bowling Green, Ky., where she was the assistant and head coach.
Brown played four years at outside hitter for Florida College in Temple Terrace. She earned All-America honors her junior and senior years and captured honorable mention recognition as a sophomore.
Her post-season honors include receiving the Falcon’s Most Valuable Player and conference Most Valuable Player Awards plus served as co-captain for three years. She help led FC to two USCAA National Championships.
