• Appeared in 19 games, earning 14 starts
• Finished with a .243 average hitting one double and one homerun
• Scored five runs while bringing in three RBIs
• Posted a .958 average on defense

2018: Did not play, medical redshirt. 
2017: 

• Played in 56 games, earning 55 starts
• Posted a .323 batting average with 13 doubles, six homeruns, and 26 RBIs
• Finished the season 4th on the team with a .509 slugging percentage
• Recorded 16 multi-hit games, collecting a season best three hits in a contest three times, including a three for three performance with a double and two runs scored on April 15th against Alderson Broaddus
• First Team All-GMAC.

2016:

• Played in 37 games, earning 34 starts
• Recorded a batting average of .227
• Finished with 88 at-bats, 20 hits, 4 runs scored
• Knocked 4 doubles, 11 RBI's
• Contributed with 44 putouts and 60 assists
• Stole two bases.

North Vigo High School: Four-year letter winner and two-year starter at catcher and the outfield…coached by Jack Kirchner. Senior—2015 All-Conference Indiana honoree…batted  .344…played 24 contests…posted a .515 slugging percentage…had two doubles and three home runs…registered 22 hits in 64 plate appearances…knocked in 18 runs…stole one base…scored 11 runs. Junior—Hit .250…participated in 26 games…recorded 13 hits in 52 at bats…drove in eight runs…collected one double, one triple and two home runs…had two steals…scored 11 runs. Career—Saw action in 50 contests…notched a .362 batting average…logged 35 hits in 116 at bats…knocked in 26 runs…had three doubles, one triple and five home runs…scored 22 runs…recorded a .474 slugging percentage. Academics—Two-year inductee into National Honor Society.
 
Mallory is the daughter of Dan and Robin Smiddy.  She has two sisters. Her major is exercise science.
