Junior College: Played two seasons at South Suburban College in South Holland, Ill…coached by Steve Ruzich. 2012: Batted .307…second in home runs with four…fourth in hits with 55 and RBIs with 32…third in at bats with 179…collected 10 doubles and four triples…produced a .409 on base percentage…second in runs scored with 47...posted a .960 fielding percentage with 95 putouts and one assist…played all 54 games. 2011: Batted .241 with 20 hits in 83 at bats…had three doubles…drove in eight RBIs…recorded a .417 on base percentage…scored 23 runs…played 38 games.

High School: 2010 All-Area and All-Conference selection at Lockport…two-year starter in the outfield…won three conference championships and one region title with a 92-47 record in his career…coached by Steve Stanicek…also played two seasons for the basketball and football teams.
