University of Illinois: Signed national letter-of-intent in 2011 for then head coach Bruce Weber. 2011-12: Sat out freshman season as a medical redshirt. 2012-13: Played in 22 games…averaged 4.3 minutes and nearly one point and one rebound… made first career basket, a three-pointer, versus Chaminade…also had five rebounds and two steals against Chaminade…helped the Fighting Illini to a 23-13 record and the NCAA Third Round as a redshirt-freshman…coached by John Groce.

Robert E. Lee High School: Four-year starter…head coach Greg Brown. Senior – 2011 first team All-State recognition by the Alabama Sports Writers Association…averaged 17.4 points and 7.0 assists…led the Generals to the Alabama Class 5A State Championship game with a 27-9 record…chosen to Elite First-Team selection by the Huntsville Times…No. 3-ranked Super Senior recognition by the Birmingham News… played in the annual Alabama-Mississippi All-Star Classic. Junior – Second team all-state choice by the ASWA…won 2010 State Class 5A title with a 21-10 record.
