2015: American Baseball Coaches Association All-Midwest Region first team honoree…Daktronics All-Midwest Region first team honoree…All-Great Midwest Athletic Conference first team selection…National Collegiate Baseball Writers Midwest Region Player of the Week on April 8…four-time G-MAC Pitcher of the Week…chosen team’s Most Valuable Player…first in wins and No. 18 in the NCAA with a 9-2 record…second in ERA and No. 30 in the NCAA with 1.84..tops in appearances with 12 and games started with 11…ranked No. 8 in strikeouts per inning at 12.76…had one complete game…collected one shutout and combined for two…set school season record for strikeouts with 104 which also ranks No. 10 in the NCAA…set the single game record for strikeouts with 18 against Salem International on April 24…leader in innings pitched with 73.1.

2014: Registered three appearances…threw three innings…fanned five batters.

2013: Appeared in 11 games on the mound…received five starts…earned two wins…threw 30.2 innings…recorded 23 strikeouts.

South Suburban (Jr.) College: Played two seasons in South Holland, Ill…coached by Steve Ruzich. 2012: Appeared in three games before a season-ending injury…posted a 1-0 record with a 3.95 ERA…threw 13.2 innings with 13 strikeouts…recorded a .909 fielding percentage with three putouts and seven assists. 2011: Posted a 1.96 ERA and a 1-1 record…made eight appearances…pitched 18.1 innings…threw 18 strikeouts…had one save.

High School: Two-time All-Conference selection at Bishop Noll…two-year starter…played first, second and third base and pitched…help led the Warriors to a 24-10 record as a senior and 28-7 as a junior…coached by Paul Wirtz…two-year member of swimming team.

Personal: Born December 24, 1991 in Hammond, Indiana…son of Paul and Karen Pobereyko…has one brother Danny...fitness and sports management major.
